ok - it will take a bit of work - but i think you will be happy with the results - open a document in google docs - whether powerpoint - or a document - on the right hand side toward the top - click on SHARE - click on publish as a web page - when the new box pops up - make sure you click to put a check mark in the box by the line that says automatically re-publish when changes are made. Then whenever you make corrections to the document - it will automatically change on your web site. Copy the link information that appears, then go to your web site and add the link information. When they click on it, the information will appear on a web page in a new window for them to print or just to view.
